The Jazz Gallery Presents: Nerissa Campbell

This Thursday, November 18, The Jazz Gallery is pleased to welcome singer-songwriter Nerissa Campbell back to our stage. Over the pandemic, Campbell has been working new songs, leaning into spacious melodies and lush accompaniments, like on her bracing cover of “This Xmas,” recorded last winter:

For this new set of songs, Campbell is expanding her palette with violin, cello, and the distinctive vocals of Arta Jēkabsone. Don’t miss this intimate evening of new songs from what Campbell calls “the quiet time.”

The group features Ms. Campbell on voice & guitar, Arta Jēkabsone on voice, David Cieri on piano, Desmond White on drums, Andie Tanning on violin, and Leah Coloff on cello.
